DBC Sports provides a monthly subscription service to CSW Online for use by individual subscribers only. Your subscription remains active each month until you contact CSW and cancel your services. All cancelations take affect the first day of the following month and there are no prorations for partial months. To cancel your account, please call 1-702-233-5738.

Any retransmission, rebroadcast or redistribution of the information contained in these files in any manner, is strictly prohibited. An individual subscriber is not permitted to provide his/her user name and password to any other individuals or entities.

DBC Sports shall use its best judgment in the collection of its information however, DBC Sports makes no representation or warranty concerning the accuracy or adequacy of the information provided. The individual subscriber shall indemnify and hold DBC Sports harmless from and against any and all liability and expenses alleging damages for reliance upon said information.

Individual subscriber shall be responsible for telephone charges to access the service. Because of the nature of the Internet, access from a particular location cannot be guaranteed. The subscriber agrees that DBC Sports will do its best to maintain available access to its site. However, subscriber agrees that DBC Sports cannot guarantee that access will be available at all times due to Internet traffic, Internet service provider access, unexpected computer failures or any other reasons which could cause access to the site to be temporarily unavailable. DBC Sports will not provide any credits for service access if the site is not accessible.
