If at anytime you would like to upgrade to a new package, please e-mail dandros@vegasinsider.com. All upgrades will be prorated for the month in which you upgrade. If you upgrade in the middle of the month you will be charged the difference between your regular monthly fee and the prorated upgrade price. Package prices are also prorated for the month in which you sign-up as follows:

1st-10th day of each month - full month rate

11th-20th day of each month: Gold $69.95, Silver $29.95, Bronze $9.95

21st-end of month: Gold $39.95, Silver $19.95, Bronze $4.95

We hope that you find our services useful. However, if you find that it is necessary to cancel your account, you can do so by e-mailing dandros@vegasinsider.com. Cancel requests will be processed on the first day of the month following the date we receive your information. We do not prorate for any partial months or package downgrading during any month. Package downgrading becomes effective on the first day of the following month.
